Tech Franklin are an EMI shares option company.
 

I completed a heuristic review of the current Tech Franklin website, based on Nielsons’ heuristics but also incorporating components like security and accessibility.

I then carried out competitor research of similar brands like accountancy firms, to gather an idea of the mental model the user would have. This research was incorporated into the Medium Fidelity prototype, and was user tested.

The final prototype focuses on pages key in the journey of user who is wanting to sign up. It is a design which creates a feeling of professionalism and trustworthiness.
